Installing a private theater at home is a joy that many people do and enjoy. The audio in the home theater is an essential unit in the component, but if it is not used correctly or not careful, there will be some small problems. 1. No sound from the Audio

In this case, the voice coil may be broken or the speaker wire may be broken. If the voice coil is broken, you can use a multi-meter with R×1 gear to measure the soldering piece of the speaker lead wire. If the resistance value is ∞, use a knife to scrape off the sealing paint on the leads at both ends of the voice coil, and measure after exposing the bare copper wire. If it still does not work , it indicates that the internal wire of the voice coil is broken; if the measurement has passed and there is a "click" sound, it indicates that the lead wire of the voice coil is broken. 

If the speaker lead is broken, it is mainly because the speaker cone vibrates frequently, the braided wire is easy to break, and sometimes the wire is broken, but the cotton core wire is still connected. This kind of braided wire is not easy to buy, and can be replaced by a slightly longer flexible wire.

2. Abnormal sound

There may be a magnetic gap. If dust enters, the voice coil will be distorted by debris, Or the voice coil is rubbing the core, the position of the voice coil is not correct, and it rubs against the magnetic core, resulting in sound distortion. The position of the voice coil should be corrected or the voice coil should be replaced during maintenance.In addition, the rupture of the cone will also cause abnormal sound. If the damaged area is large, the cone should be replaced. If the damaged area is small, a thin cone or other objects can be used.
